Does FRED replace my CMMS?
No. FRED complements your CMMS by making the knowledge locked inside your documents instantly accessible. Your work orders, assets, and PM schedules stay where they are.
What file types does FRED support?
FRED supports PDFs, Excel spreadsheets, Word documents, CSVs, and most common facility document formats. You don't need to reformat or reorganize anything before uploading.
How does FRED cite its answers?
Every answer FRED gives includes the exact source document and page number it pulled the information from. You can verify any response in seconds, which builds trust and keeps your team confident in the answers.
How quickly can we get started?
