No illegal content or abuse. You own your content; you grant us a license to process it solely to provide the service.

FRED and its underlying technology are owned by Operis FT. You retain full ownership of any documents you upload.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Operis FT is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of FRED after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
